You can download the "Guidance Notes on Applications" which gives all the requirements to make a successful application to the Southern Historic Churches Committee. Application Form 1 must accompany the application documents.
All applications are now paperless. Contact the Secretary if this creates difficulties.
You must email in to the Secretary all the documents, drawings, photos together with a signed Application Form 1. The Secretary will redact the signature on Form 1. The documentation will be uploaded on the website. Documents etc should be in word or pdf format, drawings in pdf format and photos in jpeg format.
